CODING:  One of the basic skill any employer will look for in an IT professional is that whether you can to write code. If the job is programming, an employer may seek a candidate who can code in several different languages, as many systems are built using more than just one language.

Make Money Online

Every day visitors comes to your site, the reason they visit your site because they are searching for something.Of course, not every visitor is a buyer, and sometime people they just land on your site without any interest. They might have stumbled on your site by accident.

But there are proven tactics you can apply to greatly help more website visitors become customers. Let’s have a look at that..

↪ Your Website Should Load Fast :

Internet connections keep getting faster, and people are connected all the time now. Slow loading websites just aren’t acceptable to people. So if your site is loading slowly, your visitors are going to click away in frustration.
So making sure your site is fast is vital. As a starting pointing this means choosing a high quality web host.Ideally situated in the country where most of your visitors are from. Or consider also a CDN to load content locally.
And you’ll want to make sure you’ve technically optimized your site for fast loading too. This may involve caching, image size reduction, and database optimization.

↪ Get Visitors Email Address :

The majority of people will come to your site, click away, and never return. They will forget about your site as soon as they left if there isn't any interest from them.

But it doesn’t mean they’re not interested may be you caught them at the wrong time. You can always ask politely for their email address but chances are they will not give you their email address because they think you will start sending spam emails.

However What can work well is an ‘ethical bribe’. This is where you’re giving your visitor a free gift, in return for their email address and permission to follow up on them. Then you can send them a weekly newsletter, and the occasional offer.

↪ Follow Your Visitors Around the Web :

This tactic does seem to get over used somewhat, but it still works remarkably well.
Have you ever visited a site, and then that site seems to follow you around the internet as you visit other sites? For example, you visit Amazon looking to buy a new drill. Then on other sites you visit, Amazon ads for new drills keep appearing.

It’s confusing first time it happens, but it’s becoming more and more common. And at this time it’s still effective, since you’re advertising to people clearly interested in what you offer.

This approach to advertising is known as re-targeting. It’s an effective, and comparatively cheap way to advertise to your target market. And again, since they’ve already shown interest, conversion rates would be high.

7 Top Benefits Of Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is a nutrient-rich type of young grass in the wheat family. It's sold as a dietary supplement in tablet, capsule, powder and liquid forms. It is often used for juicing or added to smoothies. It contains chlorophyll, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, calcium and magnesium. Chlorophyll is the first product of light and, therefore, contains more light energy than any other food element.

Wheatgrass Juice is one of the best sources of living chlorophyll available today. However, to get the full benefit, the chlorophyll must come fresh from a living plant. Wheatgrass has been proved to be an extremely healthy food supplement, as it contains 98 of the 102 minerals. It is contains 19 amino-acids, which are said to be the building blocks of the body. Wheatgrass therapy is a practice the Clements highly recommend.

Some proponents tout wheatgrass as a treatment for cancer and chemotherapy side effects, anemia, diabetes, infections, ulcerative colitis, and joint pain, among other health concerns. However, there are few research studies about wheatgrass, so it's difficult to assess such health claims.

 BENEFITS :
1 ↪ Wheatgrass can be used to treat skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. While no clinical studies have been conducted as yet to support this, many testimonials of home treatments with wheatgrass seem to prove this claim.

2 ↪ If you have a few pounds to lose, wheatgrass is the best option because it contains selenium, which is crucial for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland. According to a study in Clinical Endocrinology, adding selenium to your diet can help improve irregular thyroid function, even when linked to other issues such as autoimmune diseases.

3 ↪ Wheatgrass reduce food cravings. It is loaded with so many nutrients that your body isn’t lusting for other foods to compensate for any lack of vitamins or minerals.Take a wheatgrass juice each morning on an empty stomach, and it may prevent overeating throughout the day.

4 ↪ Wheatgrass is highly alkaline and high in nutrients, making it the perfect tool for a detox. The foods you’re supposed to eat on the alkaline diet are good for you and will support a healthy weight loss: lots of fruits and vegetables, and lots of water.Moving towards alkaline diet is a good idea. Accompanied by other alkaline foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and legumes, wheatgrass is a great way to prime your cell function.

5 ↪ wheatgrass contains chlorophyll,Doctors R. Redpath and J. C. Davis found chlorophyll packs inserted into the sinuses had a drying effect, clearing up congestion, and giving immediate relief. Congested head colds were cleared up within 24 hours.

6 ↪ It improves your digestion system. It has several elements that can boost digestion, including a great deal of fiber, and B complex vitamins, which boost the function of the muscles of the digestive system, according to Dr. Marc Micozzi.

7 ↪ Wheatgrass has been attributed with natural body odor reduction properties. It is said that regular consumption or application of wheatgrass can help decrease body odor.Studies have shown that body odor is worse in those who are not consuming enough fiber, as body odor can be a sign of poor digestion or gut health.

According To New Study "Fat But Fit’ Is Not Good For Health"

A new Swedish study has dismissed the idea that ‘fat but fit’ is ok, finding instead that obese men with a high aerobic fitness level were still at a higher risk of death than those of a normal weight but with a lower fitness level.

Aerobic fitness level and obesity have been well studied in older participants, but less so in older adolescents.Wanting to look at a link between aerobic fitness in late adolescence and risk of early death, the team of researchers from Umeå University, Sweden followed 1,317,713 men with a mean age of 18 between 1969 and 1996.

The team of researchers assessed participants’ aerobic fitness by asking them to cycle until they had to stop due to fatigue, and assessed causes of death using national registers.

During a mean follow-up period of 29 years, the results showed that increased aerobic fitness was linked to a decreased risk of early death, with men in the highest fifth of aerobic fitness showing a 48% lower risk of death from any cause compared with those in the lowest fifth of aerobic fitness.
In addition, men with a normal weight had a lower risk of death than obese participants even if their fitness levels were lower, showing a 30% lower risk of early death.

A study published earlier this year by a team from the University of Cambridge also found that although a brisk 20-minute walk each day could lead to considerable health benefits, these benefits were mainly seen in subjects of normal weight, not obese participants.

For an average of 12 years the team looked at 334,161 European men and women measuring height, weight and waist circumference. Participants were also asked to report levels of physical activity.
The results, published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that as body mass index (BMI) increased the benefits of the walking decreased.

If You Have a Letter ‘M’ on the Palm,This is what It Means

Palm reading. This practice is seen as strange by some and downright silly by most. However, what many people don’t understand is that is has a long history and what is seen in the media is a misrepresentation of what palm reading truly is.

Palmistry is a practice common to many different places on the Eurasian landmass. It has been practiced in the cultures of India, Tibet, China, Persia, Sumeria, ancient Israel and Babylonia.
Even Aristotle was interested in it and passed the knowledge on to Alexander the Great. The Macedonian king often used it to judge the character of his military officers and would closely read the lines of their palms. It must have helped him out because in fifteen years of nonstop conquest he never lost a single battle.

The lines on the palms talk about our character and destiny. But those who have the letter M on the palm, is said to be special. It is said that these people are especially gifted possess great intuition and are excellent partners for any business.

These characteristics seem to be particularly strong for women. Even when comparing a man and a woman side-by-side, both of whom have the “M,” the woman will generally be the most intuitive of the two. People with this sign generally excel in careers that require ambition, motivation and seeing through deception.

If your loved one has the letter M on the palm, you must know one thing – he/she will always figure out if you are lying and cheating.

This sense of intuition is often stronger in women who have the letter M on their palms than in men, but it comes down to the individual.

These people have the power to make the changes they need in life and therefore need to seize the opportunities in life.

According to folk tradition all the prophets ever had this sign on their palm, and if you are part of the people who have the palm point M, know that you are really a special person.

Aged Garlic Cuts Down Plaque

The study found that aged garlic extract supplements reduced the amount of dangerous plaque accumulated in the arteries, slowing the progression of heart disease.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recognises the use of garlic as an adjuvant to the dietary management of hyperlipidemia (a high level of lipids in the blood), in the prevention of age-related vascular changes (atherosclerosis) and in mild cases of hypertension.

“This study is another demonstration of the benefits of this supplement in reducing the accumulation of soft plaque and preventing the formation of new plaque in the arteries, which can cause heart disease,” said Matthew J. Budoff, a lead researcher at LA BioMed.

This plaque is often rich in lipids (cholesterol). Over time, it obstructs blood vessels and restricts blood flow. Causes include lifestyle factors (smoking, obesity, stress, lack of exercise, oral contraception, alcoholism), genetic factors (family history of stroke, being male, menopause), metabolic disease (high cholesterol, diabetes, gout) and high blood pressure.

The researchers studied 55 patients aged 40 to 75 diagnosed with metabolic conditions such as high blood pressure, obesity and cardiovascular risk factors.

One group took a placebo while the other was given a 2.4mg daily dose of aged garlic extract for a year.

One year later, the garlic eaters had slowed the total accumulation of plaque by 80%, reduced its density and seen plaque levels regress.

What Your Nails Are Saying About Your Health

Health experts have come to believe that the state of our nails is an indicator of the health of our bodies. While there is no guaranteed link between nail health and body health, there is a strong association between the two that cannot be denied.

Health experts have stated that nail colour and type of growth can serve as a window into the functioning of the body.

If you do feel that your nails match any of the descriptions provided below, consult your doctor and find out what the cause may be. Some of the medical conditions mentioned are quite severe.

However, do not get stressed out if you feel that your nail health matches the description provided below. Your nail health may simply be a result of minor nutrient deficiencies.

This is exactly why we recommend an appointment with your doctor for further clarification on what your nails are trying to indicate.

→ Pale Nails

If your nails are visibly pale in colour, experts say that it could be because of the following health conditions:

• Malnutrition
• Anemia
• Liver disease
• Congestive heart failure

→ White Nails

If your nails are white in colour and have dark rims, experts say that this could be an indication of lover trouble. White nails are often a side effect of hepatitis.

→ Yellow Nails

If your nails are turning increasingly yellow in colour, it may be because of several reasons:
• Fungal Infection
• Diabetes
• Psoriasis
• Thyroid disease
• Lung disease

→ Bluish Nails

If your nails seem to sport a bluish tinge, it may be because your body is not getting as much oxygen as it needs. This could be due to a more serious heart or lung condition due to which adequate oxygenated blood is not being transported around the body.

→ Cracked Nails

If your nails crack or split easily, experts say that it may be because of a fungal infection or thyroid disease.

→ Swollen Skin Around the Nails

If the skin around the nails is red and swollen, it may be because of an infection or due to a connective tissue disorder.

→ Nails With Black Lines

If there are strong black lines under your nails, experts suggest consulting a doctor immediately. These black lines are often a symptom of skin cancer (melanoma).

→ Nails Which Have Been Bitten

Nail biting has not been attributed to any serious medical condition. However, experts say that if nail biting continues unabated for a considerable duration of time, it may be because of acute anxiety or obsessive compulsive disorder.
